Tutorials

A growing library of ready-made example projects is hosted online by RealSprint and can be downloaded into Composer Desktop on demand via Tutorials → Download tutorials…. Each one is a self-contained .prj that demonstrates a single feature, workflow, or production scenario — chroma keying, multi-branding, AI overlays, audio synchronisation, replay, and more.

The table below lists every tutorial currently available for download. Pick one that matches what you're trying to learn, download it, open it in Composer Desktop, and step through the scenes and layers to see how the pieces fit together.

Note — Core licence limitations

If you are running on the free Core licence, some tutorials use more components than a Core project is allowed to contain (too many scenes, targets, inputs, Decklink inputs, or connectors) and cannot be downloaded. Those rows are marked with a warning icon (⚠) in the Download tutorials… window; hover it to see exactly which cap was hit. The full list of Core caps lives in Activating a license.

Downloaded tutorial projects are stored under Documents/Composer/Tutorials/ in your user profile. Open them directly from there, or edit them freely.
